Early check-in requests may be accommodated subject to room availability. Please contact us in advance if you expect to arrive earlier.

Check-Out

• Before 9:00 AM

Late check-out may be available upon request depending on occupancy and availability.

Permit Requirements

• Tsomgo Lake and Nathula Pass require permits for Indian nationals. Foreign nationals can visit selected areas based on prevailing regulations. Permit procedures are generally arranged through registered local travel operators.

• 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM

To maintain the peaceful atmosphere that Pelling is known for, we kindly request guests to keep noise levels to a minimum during quiet hours.

Weather in Gangtok

• Gangtok enjoys pleasant weather for most of the year, but temperatures can vary significantly between seasons. Even during summer, evenings can be cool. Guests are advised to carry light woollens throughout the year and heavier clothing during winter months.

Planning a Tsomgo Lake or Nathula Pass Trip

If you plan to visit Tsomgo Lake or Nathula Pass, remember that these destinations are located at much higher elevations than Gangtok. Temperatures can be considerably colder, and weather conditions may change quickly.

We recommend carrying:
